Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

With us you are in the countryside and can still experience a lot! Between meadows & forests lies the village of Hofsingelding. It is only a 10-minute walk to the S2 to Munich, Messe, Erding. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Vacation home near train to Munich, Therme Erding

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
