Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

You will find our local winemakers around your accommodation and will also be excellently catered for.

Our little Träumeria has its very own style with beach house feeling. The small Tiny :-) Studio is lovingly furnished with a small kitchenette (microwave, double hot plate), double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower and toilet and a small terrace with seating. Directly on nature, ideal for hikes, bike rides and city tours to Frankfurt and Würzburg. The accommodation is close to Aschaffenburg in the Rhine Main area and on the edge of Spessart and Kahlgrund.

Gründau is conveniently located to the highway of the A66 between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and also connected to the visit of surrounding sights. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.
