Your home with a fantastic view of the castle

Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

Only 900 m from Aschaffenburg train station, 500 m from downtown and 250 m from the Main. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen-living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high speed WiFi TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows can be darkened.

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Elegant 2-room apartment near Frankfurt

Your accommodation is a separate part of our house and is located in a beautiful former American officer's quarter. You have on 35qm a living room with a large comfortable(!) sofa bed, a refrigerator, a bedroom with a double bed (queen size only!!!) and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. In the entrance area there is a tea kitchen, dishes, cutlery and glasses but NO KITCHEN! You have a terrace behind the house and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The old coin

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Living in the middle of the Aschaffenburg pedestrian zone, which allows you to use our boarding apartments (60-70 m²) in the SCHÖNTALHAUS in Aschaffenburg. Rooms have a separate bedroom with box spring bed, the high quality sofa bed allows you to stay up to 4 people. The high-quality kitchen, designer furniture, the modern bathroom, a washer-dryer in the apartment and free Wi-Fi complete this special unit.

Residence in historic villa

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.

The apartment is conveniently and quietly located in the Main-Kinzig district. Langenselbold train station is about 5 km away with connections to Frankfurt and Fulda. Frankfurt can be reached in about 20-30 minutes by highway or train. Right nearby there is nature, idyllic fields and Spessart hiking trails for walks or bike rides.
