Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Eine 3. erwachsene Person kann eine Matratze bekommen. 1 Hunde-Kissen ist bei Wunsch vorhanden. Du hast eine eigene Terrasse mit separaten Zugang zu Whg. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ländlich. 200 Meter bis zum See in dem gebadet werden kann. Es lädt zu Rad- und Wandertouren ein. Mit seinen Seen in OH besteht auch die Möglichkeit Kanu/ Kajaks zu leihen. Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.
