Close to the medieval village of Saint Léonard de Noblat (3 km) and all its amenities on the D141 axis. Detached house of 75 m2 equipped to accommodate a small family with babies and children. On a closed and secure plot: Automated gate giving access to the common courtyard at our main residence. A parking space is reserved for you as well as a sheltered parking space for bicycles, motorcycles and trailers. You will have a private enclosed garden with direct and autonomous access from the living room.

A little while

Our cabin/chalet will welcome you with pleasure to recharge your batteries in a green setting, surrounded by countryside animals. Our spacious and comfortable accommodation will allow you to have a pleasant stay. In an old renovated barn you will have two bedrooms (including an attic with a children's cabin), a large living room with equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere that will be lit when you arrive. The beds will be ready as well.

At the Moulin Mazaud

Looking for a short break or an extended vacation, we offer an authentic place in an 18th century mill and its 3.7 hectares. You will discover a wild setting crossed by its rivers (stream and mill race), permaculture garden, orchard, chicken coop, large meadows where we have sheep, forest area... From this site, small or large walks will take you to the heart of the Monts d'Ambazac and its highest point, the Puy de Sauvagnac at 702 meters above sea level.

The trailer consists of a bedroom that can accommodate 4 people (with a 160 x 200 bed and a sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom with dry toilet, shower and sink. It is heated and insulated, so it can be rented throughout the year. We can lend you a travel crib, high chair and inflatable bathtub. The price includes bed linens, tea towels, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax

This cabin is located at the heart of a small petting zoo. This is a children's paradise! Pets, games, bouncy castle, sandpit, nearby walks... * I can feed the animals in the morning if I don't have to leave for work too early. * Option to have breakfast in the morning (€5 per person) – pancakes and homemade bread, fruit, cereals, juice, etc. * Walk to the river from the farm on foot.
