Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat! The photos don’t do it justice. Having the bikes were awesome, bike path out front leads into central area, lots of restaurants. The sunrises are amazing right out front, take your coffee to the private viewing deck on the water. She provides the basics for a few days, we brought our own coffee. She provides unlimited drinking water. The pool was nice and cool, up to 7’ deep w/ a mini waterfall. Super clean and so relaxing/ quiet. Susan is a lovely host and very responsive, she made great recommendations for restaurants. We didn’t cook, but she has all the essentials required, including a gas stove. Enjoy your stay at this lovely property

Stayed with Ali a few times, always great. AC works perfectly, it’s centrally located and easy in and out… Highly recommend

We enjoyed staying at Ali’s place. It had all of the basic amenities we were looking for. We had a few concerns when we first arrived but Ali was very responsive and took care of any issues quickly. Ali was also very helpful with first transportation from the ferry terminal and back to it when we headed home. Ali also had golf cart rentals for us that made the process very easy. The location is just off downtown so the living area could be a bit noisy but the air conditioned bedrooms were surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the pool and our stay immensely and appreciated Ali’s responsiveness.

Amazing stay! Everything is as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All was well appointed and made for a refreshing vacation! I would book here again and for reference I am a picky traveler. Lol

We spent 3 nights in moody blue cottage and absolutely loved it! Would have loved to stay longer. Caye Caulker is a beautiful and fun place to visit and Francis's cottages on the water are the perfect place to stay. Very clean and nicely decorated and have everything you need for your stay. And they come equipped with 2 bikes, which are perfect for getting around town. We stay in a lot of airbnb's, Francis's place is one of the best! ! I highly recommend!

Chelsea è un ottimo host. Ci ha organizzato il transfert da e per il porto. Casa è molto più bella in realtà che nelle foto. Estremamente comoda e funzionale. Tutti elettrodomestici funzionano bene e la cucina è ben accessoriata. Doccia con ottimo getto e acqua calda. Letto molto comodo con lenzuola di cotone di ottima qualità. Tutto pulitissimo. San Pedro non offre molto, l unica spiaggia bella è la spiaggia segreta raggiungibile solo con golf card (50 USD al giorno) in 50 minuti. Le altre spiagge sono sporche coperte di sargasso e immondizie. La casa non è molto comoda al centro. È attaccata all'aeroporto che volano dalle 7 alle 20.00 e sembra entrino in casa. La strada accanto è molto rumorosa e trafficata specie alle prime ore del mattino. La barriera corallina è sbiancata, coralli sciolti. Assolutamente non ne vale la pena (ho 50 immersioni). In Belize tutto costa il 30% più del Messico senza buon servizio. Paghi tasse per entrare e uscire. Non ha nessun senso andarci.

the place was ok if your not picky. the bedt thing ever is percy and his beautiful wife who take care of the place, they are both fantastic and very help full, they do everythingand above to make your holiday a fantasticexperience

What a fantastic place! After spending 6 days on Caye Caulker, I can say that I wouldn’t want to stay on any other part of the Island. South Pointe is secluded and beautiful. The house was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop deck was incredible for stargazing and viewing the wildlife. We saw a crocodile swimming in the nearby lagoon from the deck and soooo many beautiful birds. I can’t say enough good things about this house. I highly suggest a golf cart rental for this location, it will definitely make the trips to town more enjoyable. The bikes are great for exploring the area around the house but I wouldn’t want to rely solely on them for transportation. Don’t skimp on the bug spray folks! The windows do not have screens on them and you WILL need them open for airflow to keep cool at night. I’m so thankful that we chose this house for our stay. Linda and Joe were wonderful to work with and the caretaker Joshua was so kind and helpful. 10/10!

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.
