Holiday rentals with a kayak in Amelia Island

Absolutely wonderful! The house was exceptionally clean, had plenty of space both indoors and out, and had more than everything we needed. The outdoor space was incredible, with lots of places to enjoy the gorgeous view of the marsh. We loved fishing off of the dock and enjoying the sunrise from the porches and decks. This was the perfect safe, quiet, and peaceful place to stay with the most wonderful hosts.

Kristina’s apartment was charming, every detail carefully thought out, wonderful decor, and every comfort provided. The yard, pool and canal were beautiful, tropical, and private. Kristina was so responsive and helpful, we would love to visit her place again.

I rented the Kayakers Retreat to enjoy kayaking with my family for my 75 Birthday! We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this spacious and well-equipped home to any large group for fun and relaxation. We all loved the passenger trains when they passed by. The children and adults waved them on their journey. Very easy to use the kayaks and clean life jackets large to infant. My 18 month grandson rode with his Dad with safe well maintained equipment! Would I stay here again? You bet, without hesitation. Thank you Frederic

The Marshside Getaway was a wonderful little spot tucked into an older neighborhood surrounded in old growth Live oaks, pines, and cypresses coated in Spanish moss. The marsh view from the private backyard was full of abundant wildlife of all types. Easy to find and easy to access all parts of Jacksonville and surrounding area. The Hanna park was very large and well kept with tons of wildlife. I would recommend this to anyone and re-book in the future. Our kids asked at one point if we could live there! :)

Host was quick to respond. Place was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to a family with kids. Lots of activities on the property to do. Easy driving distance to Fernandina Beach and shopping in the Jacksonville area. Not far from Jacksonville airport.

We use Airbnb and VRBO a great deal and Tonya’s house while Small is perfect for our needs. It was spotless and clean inside and out. Tonya is very responsive and helpful and very friendly. We felt like family when we met. We will definitely stay here again. The next time we visit our family in Jacksonville. Thank you Tanya.

We thoroughly enjoyed this 5th floor private condo. The views were wonderful, space was comfortable and appreciated ability to make some easy meals. Driving around on the golf cart exploring the grounds was the highlight for our 4 year old (along with the many hours spent playing on the beach) make sure to check out the many parks and walking paths - also don’t forget Fro yo at Mellow Yellow. The beach was easy to quickly access and appreciated the chairs, sun shade, cooler and beach toys. The beach had the softest sand, so many shells to find and beautiful sunrises. Outside of Omni - downtown Amelia Island was super cute - our favorite restaurant was Mezcal. Jacksonville Zoo is a must - check out Billy Jacks on the way back, delicious BBQ.

This place is an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, well-appointed, and peaceful the property was. Every little detail was thought of — they had everything we could possibly need and more. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, and it showed in every interaction and thoughtful touch throughout the home. Waking up to the beautiful waterfront views each morning felt like a true escape. If you’re looking for a sanctuary to relax, recharge, and soak in the beauty of nature, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!
