Villa holiday rentals in Amelia Island

Beautiful retreat on 4th floor nestled in Amelia Island Plantation. Golf and pool out the back and the beach is right across the street. Our 10 and 18 yo love it here. Condo was very clean and comfortable with all tools needed for cooking some meals.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Being situated within a resort made all the difference, as we had access to tons of amenities and experiences without ever needing to leave the property. The beach access felt private, which meant it wasn’t overcrowded—definitely a huge plus. We also loved being able to rent bikes and a Burley for our one-year-old, making it easy to explore. In fact, we spent so much time enjoying everything the resort had to offer that we didn’t explore the island as much as we thought we would! That said, the island itself has a fantastic downtown area on the north side, which we highly recommend checking out. It was great to experience that and then return to the peaceful resort without having to drive everywhere. The condo itself was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of space to relax. The back patio overlooking the golf course was a perfect spot to unwind. Fantastic stay! The place was clean, stylish, and exactly as listed. The host was responsive and check-in was super easy. Quiet, safe neighborhood—would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back again. The living room and bedrooms were quite spacious. The kitchen had all modern appliances and really nice high quality eatery and glasses, better than you'd find in 95% of comparable accomodations. Also, they had beach chairs and beach towels you could use, and the place was stocked with paper towels, TP, and even some dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets so you didn't have to rush out and find a store right away for basic necessities. They thought of everything! Also the Moore Amelia Island folks were super responsive to anything we needed or had a question about, and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend!

Terry was an amazing hostess. The house was clean and well stocked with things most AirBnBs don’t have. Her kitchen knives were actually sharp! There were plenty of towels for the bathroom. Everything was clean as well. The neighborhood was quiet. The street the house is on is not busy at all. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, and a park. Beautiful backyard and front porch. Great places to sip your morning coffee. Our stay here was lovely, and Terry was great!

My wife, daughter, and I spent a week in Laily's condo. We had a wonderful vacation; the only complaint I heard from my family was that we couldn't stay longer. The condo is comfortable and has all the amenities that we needed. Laily was easy to communicate with and always available/ accessible when we needed anything. We love Amelia Island and enjoyed being able to see the ocean from every room. We highly recommend this unit and would gladly return if given the opportunity. Thanks for sharing this unit with us.

Wonderful historic home and beautiful property. We had the pool heated for our entire stay to fully enjoy the tropical back yard which is every bit as good as in the photos. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Avondale makes it quick to grab a bite to eat. The master has a lovely little veranda although the French doors and proximity to the street can let road noise in. The home is furnished with everything you need plus extra touches like fruit, coffee and fresh flowers from Angela. The house was especially clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay! To us, it was like a home away from home. Very clean and has everything our family need! John is a wonderful host. Super responsive and instruction provided was clear and precise. We come to TPC Sawgrass often and would like to stay again!

Beautiful conveniently located home. We rented the home for my mom to enjoy time with her siblings and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Wonderful neighborhood and neighbors and great amenities in the home. Lots of space to get privacy away from large groups and plenty of space to gather with family and just have a great time. Definitely recommend!

Very nice condo with hi-tech kitchen, beautiful views of the ocean and modern furnishings. It’s a great location. You’re close to the ocean and the pool. Great walking options on the trail system of the Omni resort and the beach. We would come back for sure. Marci was a great host!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The location is perfect and we loved being right on the beach to easily go back and forth from the beach to pool to condo. The pool is very large and possible to lap swim. We also loved being on the ground level so the kids could easily get on the lawn for play. Overall a great stay- thank you!
