The apartment is located directly on Luitpold Park. 5-minute walk to Olympiaberg (concerts), BMW Welt. Very good connection (tram/bus/metro) to Messestadt Ost and Allianz Arena. Downtown (about 15 minutes). MVG bicycles and rental scooters are also right outside the door. Infrastructure: bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance.
