Our guest space is a 2 BR in-law unit on the downstairs level of our beautiful Alaskan log home. About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. Family friendly, we welcome children.

Denali View! Sauna! 1 mile to Glen Alps/Flattop TH

Lone Pine Cottage is nestled against the Chugach State Park. Walk out the front door and explore the meadow of wildflowers below, or the forest next to the cottage which leads directly into the Chugach. The Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead is 1 mile up the road and provides easy access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, climbing, and skiing adventures. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

The Spacious Alaskan Condo offers a warm invitation to a relaxing 1500 sq living space. This small town condo offers parking for 4 vehicles and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located in the heart of Eagle River this Alaskan condo is perfectly balanced between close hiking trails, the city, and the valley. With a comfortable private master bedroom, private bath and 2 additional rooms, with guest bath, open concept kitchen/dining/living spaces, plus a 100sq deck, the Condo is sure to please.

Chugach BnB

No Anchorage resident rentals without prior approval. Please send inquiries through website. Located in Muldoon, near the Glenn Highway connecting Anchorage to south, central and northern areas. The main entrance to the military bases is also close by, and you are minutes from down town. Unit #2 is accessed down five stairs, so guests need to be ambulatory. Host Liz was born and raised in Alaska, and has loads of information to share about life here. Samsung TV has a ROKU streaming stick.

Lakeside Sunrise Cabin on Knik Lake-2 bedrooms.

The views from the large windows and deck are stunning. Try some fishing, skating, kayaking, swimming or walk the trails. Grilling on the deck or a bonfire ( ask for firewood) overlooking the lake are great evening activities. Not the outdoor type, you’ll find this a peaceful place to unwind. Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.

Alaskan Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

Southside Manor, Private entry. Alaska theme

Nice, quiet, private 2 bedroom get away with a lush outdoor type setting. Private deck and yard available with private entry. Within walking distance to all amenities along with outdoor hiking and access to Chugach State park, just minutes away. A gorgeous Bird sanctuary is just minutes from your front door. Located near Seward Highway which is one of only 15 drives in America designated an “All American Road.” Heading to Alaska for work? We offer discounts for long term.

Chinook King Salmon Suite

This is a second story downtown deluxe suite with views of the beautiful Cook Inlet. 2 blocks from the court house, restaurants, art galleries, near the coastal trail. This beautiful top floor apartment has granite counters, wall fireplace, large outdoor deck, soaking tub, and full laundry. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Take advantage of fall/winter rates. Visiting family in Anchorage, shopping or medical appointments.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Modern spacious loft with mountain views. Short walk to downtown Anchorage to see historic buildings, the Dena'ina Center, Performing Arts, Egan Center, museums, restaurants shopping ,train and cruise connections.
