Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ancona

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

We stayed for one week in this apartment, and I’d like to say that it’s a perfect place. Quiet and charming with a beautiful environment. Irene was very responsive and ready to help with any questions or issues. And thank you for the delicious wine and breakfast.

My family and I felt right at home. We had a great time in this cozy little house. We really recommend it to all families also thanks to the kindness and availability of Giulia's mother who gave us great tips for restaurants, to visit San Marino and made us find a typical San Marino dessert for breakfast. The house is very comfortable, in a very quiet area just a stone's throw from the countryside, but comfortable by car to any local attraction. TOP!

The apartment is large, in a quiet area close to Assisi. The garden helps you relax and walk. Very convenient indoor parking. Our two puppies enjoyed the garden and the space in the house. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. Recommended if you want to visit Assisi and the surroundings but also be quiet

We highly recommend Federica’s place. The location was among the vineyards and the view was spectacular. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard. We had privacy and enjoyed visits from Federica’s cats. We felt like we were home. Also, Federica gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

IMPECCABLE!!! The place is extremely nice and comfortable, with lots of comforts. It has absolutely everything you need. The views of the hills are beautiful! The Marche region is a divine creation! I appreciate all the recommendations provided by Andrea. All I hope is to come back!!!

Clean, comfortable, cozy and functional place. Nice area, green and close to the center. Quick and effective communication with the host, Maria was very kind. I also recommend for long stays, the house has spaces that allow you to live comfortably (e.g. the double bedroom there is a desk, in case of Smart working; the kitchen is spacious for cooking and there is a coffee table from 2 beyond the one in the living room, from 4). TV in all rooms.

Clean and functional accommodation with a generous welcome prepared by Elena. It's clean, quiet, and it feels good. Delicate touches. Everything to have a good stay! You can walk to the center of Loreto and the basilica (10 minutes). Free parking in front of the property.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

Very, very great! Maria is super nice, everything is very neat and clean. The pool is large and very nice! We enjoyed it very much, we would spend time there again at any time. Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.
