The apartment, located on the first floor of a complex of terraced villas, has been renovated in the furniture (2019). The mattress and pillows are made of memory foam. In the living room there are two sofa beds, smart TV, dining table. The two-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. In the bathroom we find the shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. The accommodation has parking space and free Wi-Fi. In summer the minimum stay is one week with arrival and departure on Saturdays.

The farmhouse is an ancient farmhouse with typical Marche architecture. It consists of two apartments, one of which is inhabited by the Host and the other dedicated to the Guest. There is a shared internal entrance (photo). Renovated on several floors, it retains the old flavor of the warm houses of the past. Bright, it overlooks a panorama of rolling hills or slender bell towers. It is surrounded by fields cultivated with care and attention and by a beautiful garden guarded by a centenary mulberry tree.
