Sa surface est de 36m2 et sa terrasse privative est entièrement indépendante et cachée de la maison principale. Le chalet est à l'origine prévue pour accueillir un couple mais nous pouvons rajouter un lit d'appoint pour un enfant. Le chalet est rigoureusement nettoyé, désinfecté et aéré entre chaque locataire.
