Charming house at the Arcachon bay

Come and discover my comfy wooden house, with a private swimming pool and a lovely garden facing south. A 15 min walking distance from the sea and 10 min by car to the ocean, it is an ideal place for vacation. The swimming pool will cool you down from the summer heat straight from your bed or back from the ocean. I am originally from Arcachon bay, and my dream was always to have my "home sweet home" here. I entirely redecorated this house to make it in perfect harmony with the "Cap Ferret mood"

Featuring a beautiful 60 m2 wooden terrace, facing the pine trees and a south-facing garden shaded by a large oak tree, 4 minutes' walk from Betey beach! Our renovated house is quietly located and has a 35 m2 living room (160 cm sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with toilet, shower, sink), a 20 m2 bedroom (160 cm bed and single bed) and a large 300 m2 enclosed garden.

Renovated in 2021, our house has a garden and two terraces (overlooking the courtyard and garden). It is located in the Mauret district, 400 m from the Bassin beach and local shops: bakery, Carrefour City, fishmonger, greengrocer, wine cellar, hairdressers, restaurant, La Poste, oyster farmer). It's easy to get around by bike thanks to the bike path that runs along the coast. Note: linens are not included but can be for an extra €10 per person.
