Ideal for families seeking a serene escape, we sleep up to 8 adult guests, or 10 guests with children. In the winter time, enjoy x-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, ice fishing, and snowmobiling.

Castle Rock Lodge

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, secluded lodge nestled on 250 acres of Maine woods. The lodge is completely surrounded by woods and a 200 yard walk from Lake Anasagunticook with dock and small craft launching. Two bedrooms-king bed with en suite bathroom and queen with hall bathroom. The loft has 2 bunk beds with full size bottom mattresses, sofa, TV and plenty of room for kids to spread out. Canoe, Kayaks and paddle boat for your use on the lake. Beach side fire pit and canopy.

Easy for a weekend getaway from Boston, relax and enjoy our canoes, kayak and SUP, ideal spot for swimming and end the day with a nice campfire. We also have games (indoor and out). No TV, so relax and enjoy the silence (although there is wi-fi and cell phone service so feel free to connect your own devices).

The water is warm during the summer and kayaks are ready to slip into the water for a loon encounter or fishing expedition. It’s only 10 minutes to groceries or good restaurants. The access road is a couple miles long and safe for walking. (Shaded and cool from the hot sun. ). Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. Tv in each bedroom.
