Excellent stay in this apartment very well located in a very quiet small residence. Its highlights are the splendid views and equipment from the kitchen. Spacious and clean apartment. Thoughtful owners and a concierge represented by Isabelle very welcoming and professional. We would recommend this listing with eyes closed!

We had a great time with the family at Jeff's place. The wide open spaces allowed us to enjoy all the games available (billiards, arcade games, etc...). Jeff is very accommodating and responsive. The beach and city center are close by, which avoids systematically taking the car. I recommend this place to have fun with family or groups of friends.

We had a pleasant stay in Vieux Boucau. The listing's location is perfect with ocean views and close to the city center!! We were greeted by Christelle at a late hour (due to our long journey) when we arrived and it was very much appreciated! Access to the beautiful beach is a 2-minute walk away, which allows you to make the most of sunny periods! The only small downside is that the bars on the beach close at 2 a.m., we were woken up every night by the noisy people going back down to town!

Very nice apartment, well equipped and clean. Spacious for a couple, I recommend it. Private parking space is appreciated. Thanks to Maxime for his responsiveness and messages during our stay to see if everything is going smoothly.

The accommodation is very well located in Vieux Boucau, but at the same time on a very quiet street. Very well-equipped apartment (everything you need is there, and even more). The welcome and arrival went wonderfully, thanks again to our hosts for their flexibility! We would recommend it in a second.

Very clean apartment, easy to access, very well equipped, shops and restaurants on site, lots of activities around the apartment, a small market every morning right next door. A very friendly person to welcome us on our arrival, excellent. I recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful house, nice bathrooms, great kitchen. House in a calm neighborhood. The beach is maybe just a bit too far to quickly get there on foot, but if you have a car it’s no problem.

If you’re here to surf, Ben‘s house is the place to be. You cannot get closer to the ocean than this, and Messanges offers the longest and quietest surf beach in the area. We’ve had a fantastic time, and the house just made of even more special: breakfasts on the terrace, waking up to pure silence and breathing in the fresh ocean air.

We had a very nice time in the beautiful house. The location is ideal and everything is within a few minutes' walk or by bike. The facilities were exactly as described and we immediately felt at home. The communication was excellent and Gulliaume explained everything we needed to know when we arrived. There is a private parking space and the quality of the furnishings is of the highest standard. The bed in the small bedroom could be a bit more comfortable, but our little daughter didn't mind at all and all three of us slept very well. Thank you very much

We spent the autumn holidays here and were super satisfied. The host is very friendly and helpful. The space is like the photos and is described. The location is great. Just a few meters to the sea or, in the other direction, to the lake. Here you can really enjoy the holiday in peace. We will be happy to come back.

Comfortable apartment, very quiet, modern, very well designed (fully equipped kitchen, good 160 bed, large bathroom with washing machine), beautiful terrace, garage, all secure. Immediate proximity to St Jean de Luz and other cities, beaches either by car or public transport (stop 100m from the apartment, frequency every 30 minutes). Our four days of stays went very quickly and our wish is to come back soon. Thanks to Patricia for her kindness and trust.

We came to participate in the Vieux Boucau triathlon, ideal location close to the center and quiet! Thanks for the little touch with the homemade apple jelly.

Very nice spacious apartment, newly renovated, with a beautiful terrace allowing you to eat facing the market and enjoy its atmosphere. Close to all amenities, ideally located in Saint Jean. The windows must be closed at night for sensitive sleepers because the very busy street remains noisy in the evening and at night.
