Beautiful Landes villa with all the comforts you need to spend holidays with family or groups of friends. Close to the beaches( 3 km from the power station), golf, the sea lake and the city center. Large garden with multiple spaces ( ping pong, boulodrome, badminton, sunbeds) Very large terrace around the pool with sun loungers and dining area. You'll enjoy a large, bright living room overlooking the garden and heated pool (7x3.5m) equipped with an automatic curtain. Reversible air conditioning.

The villa is located at walking distance from the beach, next to the lake and the golf course. You can walk or bike to the centre of Vieux Boucau, where you can find restaurants and shops. Weekly rental: from Saturday to Saturday (in high season). Max. 12 people (kids included). Under no circumstances it is allowed to add people.
