Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

In our small house you will find: - Fully equipped kitchen with oven and all necessary utensils. - Air conditioning -Wi-Fi - 1 double bed - 1 sofa bed -Bath towels -2 parking spaces in front of the accommodation. Ideal for two people (40 m2) knowing that there is a second bed if needed. Shops (pharmacy, supermarkets, etc.) are 2.5 km away.

Suburban neighborhood, 2-min drive to a shopping mall with Speed Parc, Cinema, restaurants... and 5-min walk to a pleasant little forest 🌳
