Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a villa, spacious, very bright and very clean. This is our 2nd stay at Justine's and we really appreciate the proximity to the lake, the bike path and Annecy. Close-by shops and restaurants. A beautiful place that I would highly recommend!

The place is simply amazing, overlooking the lake. The building is practically a palace ! When I stood out at the balcony people thought I was a celebrity... The apartment itself is a studio, ideal size for a weekend. Amazing neighborhood, views, places to relax. Martine is an amazing host. When we couldn't turn the heat on (due to a breaker that fell), she came immediately and fixed it (it was just a breaker on the electric board, she could have told us to try to switch it on, but instead she just came and took care of it). Very pleasant lady, we liked the place and we will try to come back.

We had a great stay! Bed linen, towels and soap/dish soap/dish soap was provided in large quantities. The apartment is cleaned and the kitchen superbly equipped. When we had an issue with the heating, the owner was there immediately and helped us. The view directly onto the lake is fantastic, but the only thoroughfare leads directly past the house, so it can be heard very loudly on the balcony. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the apartment, we felt very comfortable

Fantastic stay of a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well appointed, comfortable, just what it takes to feel good at 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night:-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, just a short walk away and easy at any age, restaurants and supermarkets nearby ... in short... nothing to complain about... happiness:-)

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

A perfectly located accommodation by the lake, 15 minutes from the train station. Shops and restaurants nearby (mall right next door) The perfect place to spend some time on the shores of Lake Annecy!

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present at check-in for all the explanations and for our departure. very convenient private parking during this weekend where all the Annecy car parks were full! 10 minutes walk from the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Menthon is a very special place and Pascale’s place is right in the village. We were able to nip to the shop and boulangerie and get great coffee all within a mjnutes walk. Place is cosy and had fantastic views to the beautiful chateau.
