Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. The beautiful apartment has just been completely renovated and has 2 new, well-equipped bathrooms and a new fitted kitchen with a cosy seating area. The beautiful terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen. On the ground floor there is another bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is another bedroom with access to the balcony, a living room and the second bathroom. Not suitable for small children due to the stairs.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
