The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

City vacation in the middle of vineyards at the Erbacherhof in Bolzano. The cozy, bright apartment "Renates Gründer Suite" (65.5 m² + 24 m² terrace) is located on the first floor, has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a private Finnish sauna, a sofa bed, a terrace, toilet, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Linens, towels and hand towels are also provided.
