One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

This charming holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is centrally located yet in a quiet area. The village square is just a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation features a large bed and a sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or families with two children. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a modern bathroom, a washing machine, a TV, and more. Relax on the balcony or enjoy the spacious terrace.

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

A nice apartment with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, couch, air conditioning, TV and balcony as well as garage since May 2025. The city of Bolzano can be easily reached by public transport in less than half an hour. From the apartment you can do your shopping directly, have a drink in the many cafés, bars, wine shops and restaurants. Private parking space in the Hans Weber Tyrol underground parking garage.

Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.

Casa Piganò is a recently renovated ancient house, dating back to the 16th century, preserving its original charming rural qualities. The house is centrally located in the former old historic centre of Appiano. It is situated in a wonderful area renowned own for its innumerable castles and aristocratic residences, vineyards und beautiful surroundings. It is an ideal destination for hikers, bikers und culture lovers.

The holiday apartment is centrally located just two minutes' walk from the village center and has its own garage. In the living room with a well-equipped kitchenette there is a flat screen TV and a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, bidet and washing machine.
