One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In Sankt Michael, the holiday apartment Angerblick offers an excellent view of the Alps. The 65 m² property, located in a farm, consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and additional toilet as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property.

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

This charming holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is centrally located yet in a quiet area. The village square is just a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation features a large bed and a sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or families with two children. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a modern bathroom, a washing machine, a TV, and more. Relax on the balcony or enjoy the spacious terrace.

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

A nice apartment with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, couch, air conditioning, TV and balcony as well as garage since May 2025. The city of Bolzano can be easily reached by public transport in less than half an hour. The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is nestled in apple orchards and vineyards in beautiful Girlan. After a short walk, you will reach the village center with shopping and bus connections. It is only a few minutes' drive from the Monticolo Lakes, St. Michael/Eppan, Kaltern an der Weinstraße and the state capital of Bolzano. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
