Walking trails, beach, burrows, crabbing etc. Guests can also enjoy discounted beauty and massage treatments with Julie if available

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

A beautiful, ground floor flat, located just footsteps from the glorious sandy beach of Westward Ho! The secure porch provides an useful storage space for surfboards, bikes, wetsuits and other outdoor equipment. The property is south facing and enjoys its own off-road parking.
