In a new house located at the end of a private chemin in a chic quartier of Parentis en Born, 3kms from the centre of the town and lake, no shops or restaurants in the quartier. The house backs onto the forest with a small gate for access for dog walks and exploring. The area is very calm and the house is accessed through a large electric gate onto a large secure parking area. The accommodation is on the first floor and private from the main house. The entrance and foyer is a shared area.

My accommodation is in a great location, 500 m from the lake, 200 m from the golf course and 6 km from the ocean. It is a 25 m2 chalet with sitting area, TV and fridge. It also consists of a sleeping area with a 160 bed and premium bedding. You have completely independent access, with a private terrace. A common kitchen is also available to guests. This cabin is located near Biscarrosse's lake and golf course, it includes comfortable bedding, ideal for couples.

I propose you to prepare a full breakfast (10€/pers): hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 fruit, 1 pastries, 1/2 baguette, butter, jam.
