The apartment has a high standard is located on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking the forest down to Åresjön. With a fantastic location in Åre Saddle with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you are also within walking distance of the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus where it is possible to ride in a fantastic environment.

The accommodation is ski in ski out, you easily slide down to the seating lift in less than a minute. - Fully equipped kitchen with striking views. -Living room with TV and panoramic window. - Two bedrooms with each 2x90 cm beds, brand new. - A toilet. - Sauna and bathroom, renovated 2022. - Storage with space for equipment. - Small laundry room. - Animals and smoke free. - Age limit - 25 years old (children in the husband's company are most welcome). - Departure cleaning is done by the tenant.

High ceilings and large lovely areas for socializing both inside and out with furnished terrace in three directions, while comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna, smart tv, and wifi. Ski/bike storage right at the entrance and a drying room with washing machine and dehumidifier where you can set up and dry all equipment. This is the upper apartment with loft.

The apartment is located separately with its own entrance. Furniture with sofa bed, small table and two chairs, housewares as well as smaller sink and fridge. Get back in the sauna or in front of the fireplace. Feel the tranquility as ready-made beds and towels are always included. There is a cozy common area with a large sofa, smart TV and fast WiFi. Welcome to a newly built 2-story apartment with a mountain view, a bit up on Hovdeshögens mountain slope, in Hovde Bydalsfjällen. Animals are also welcome here. Ski in Ski out mode with direct connection to Bydalsfjällens ski area. Summertime even a great starting point for beautiful hikes. Rented at least 3 nights: torsd-Sun or Tub. Excluded sports law week 7-10 rent Saturday-Saturday. Christmas and New Year's weeks are rented out more flexibly. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am
