In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

St Olavsleden passes outside the cabin. The cottage is located on the villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre which is 12km away. The cottage is 400 m from Undersåkers train station (where there is an electric car charger) and 150 m from the bus stop.

No car is needed—it's only a five-minute walk to shops, restaurants, ski rentals, and the train station. The ski bus to Åre stops just 50 meters from the house.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our modern mini-lodge (Älgen) is located in attractive Sadeln. With a fantastic location in Åre Sadeln, with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you also have walking distance to the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rentals. Walking distance to Åre Riding Club/Riding Hall where opportunities for horseback riding are available.
