The Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! The lodge is located 80 metres from Lake Åresjön. There is a sauna 10 metres from the lake, and the VM8 ski slope is 200 metres away. Bus station 200 m that takes you to the village center. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about 20 minutes walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. Sheets NOT included. Two 90-cm beds. Good to know! The railway line is close by; trains can be heard a few times a day/in the evenings. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.
