New apartment, easy to access from the street and with everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Close proximity to beaches and restaurants.

The apartment is as described. The area is great because you can reach many beaches. We arrived late and their parents gave us the keys. They are very kind. I recommend this apartment. To do the shopping you have Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi and 2 Chinese shops if you are missing something for the beach.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

We really highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect: the landlord is super friendly, responds quickly and reliably, and also on site was well organized thanks to the lovely lady who welcomed us warmly. The apartment is modern, newly furnished and incredibly clean – we rarely felt so comfortable anywhere! Also the beds were very comfortable, we slept excellently. A special highlight was the beautiful terrace with fantastic sea views, which put a smile on our face every morning. The location is ideal: in a few minutes you can reach both the city and the magnificent, spacious and clean beach. For those who like to be mobile, the quiet and well-kept complex offers the perfect starting point for relaxing excursions. We will definitely be happy to come back! A massive thank you to the lovely hosts!

Nice apartment with great location

Max’s place looks exactly as in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of storage drawers and the beds are comfortable. There is a designated work desk and a chair. Max met with us and went over the apartment upon our arrival. The location is superb. Steps away from Mar2 mall and Santa Barbara castle.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. Beautiful villa, very well kept, with private swimming pool. Possibility to have a heated pool, which is really a plus during the winter period. Impeccable layout of the villa, everything is well thought out for the well-being of the tenants. Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants, etc.... Very good contact with the owner, very responsive and attentive. Great stay twice. Recommended +++

Great welcome, thoughtful hosts, responsive to messages. The only downside is the unwelcoming neighborhood, nevertheless we had no problems.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

Loved staying at La Torre in Edwins apartment. Everything was a described, well equipped kitchen and super balcony with good seating to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Great apartment in a fantastic location, everything is close by. Shops, beach, restaurants. short distance to the bus terminal. Good standard with everything you would expect from a modern apartment.

Great location and pool

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay here! we had a 3 and 6 year old and there was so much space for them in the apartment. All amenities were available. The location is fantastic, on the beach in less than 30 seconds. It was the cleanest beach we've ever seen with lovely wooden play areas dotted all the way along which our kids loved. Plenty of eating options too, and the place directly opposite, although not 'fancy' was so cheap and easy for breakfast drinks and snacks and was always lively. We got 2 buses from the airport which was so easy even with 2 kids 2 cases and a buggy. we also got the bust to Alicante Town in the evenings which was very easy and cheap. Alicante old town is lovely, so much culture and a lot to see. Highly recommend the castle as well. We had a few issues during our stay (not to do with the apartment) and Hagen was so easy to contact and helped us immediately which we are very greatful for. Would recommend to anyone!
