Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Sea,beach and city

Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from 1 January to 20 June 2026 and from 20 August 2026.

Welcome to our spacious, tidy apartment. Terrace in the evening sun. Central and at the same time undisturbed, 7 min walk down to the sea, 15 min to the city center, 45 min by car to the zoo. Shopping center 300 m. 2 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Heating/air conditioning heat pump, cables, bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. 150 cm double bed, 120 cm bed, and 75 cm. We live in the basement and are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Free parking, good bus connections. Possibility to rent 2 bikes

Cozy apartment in Homborsund! Close to the zoo.

The apartment is part of the 1floor of the existing residential house with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, a private bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a sofa bed. It also has its own secluded outdoor dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and is suitable for 2 children, for example. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! Walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic. we have a big jacuzzi with room for 7 people, available all year! please don't hesitate to contact us if there's anything you need.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Short distance from E18. 3 km to the center of Arendal Max 5 min walk to nearest grocery store and bus stop. Open plan living room/kitchen.

Apartment on the seafront with sup boards and 2 kayaks.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.
