Newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm located in idyllic Strømsbubukt only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the building. Small boat harbour nearby, garden on the front of the house. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Bright, airy flat in a very central location in Arendal. The flat is located on the top floor (3rd floor) and has a private veranda with an adjoining conservatory. Parking: Short distance to the car park (3-5 minutes' walk). On-street parking right outside (free for up to 30 minutes). Street parking is free between 6 pm and 8 am. A short distance to Pollen, the town beach and the ferry pier — ideal for trips to Merdø and the archipelago. A bus stop and taxi rank, as well as shops, cafés and restaurants, are located in the immediate vicinity.

Quiet, central, rural and child-friendly apartment

My place is close to the city center in rural surroundings, only 7 minutes by car. Public transport every 30 minutes, good parking options. You'll love my place because it's located in rural surroundings with very good hiking opportunities in Åsbieskogen which is a nature conservation area bordering the home. The apartment is modern and the building is newly built in 2015. The neighborhood is quiet, well-established and safe. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. Rent a car if needed.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kayaks and a canoe that you can borrow to take a small paddle trip inshore. About 50 meters from the house there is the possibility to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.
