We have preserved the traditional character of the house, in a setting that is open to nature. Important: pets are accepted after agreement with the future host – Our property is not fenced. Situated in the heart of the Limosin countryside, Well Cottage is located within a small, very quiet hamlet in Chemin de la Vergnolle (formerly Bois Vicomte) just 3km from Coussac Bonneval home to a lovely chateau, resturants, pharmacy, Boulangerie, 7km from St Yriex la Perche which have all the amentities of a town and regular markets. Porcelain factories & shops nearby. Prices have been saved the same as last year.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
