Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Willkommen in unserer neu renovierten, 55 qm grossen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Süd-Balkon, in der wir Ihnen ein " Heim fern von zuhause " bieten ! Die gut gedämmte Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse am Stadtrand von Arnsberg und ist auch im Sommer angenehm kühl. Sie hat mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WLAN und voll ausgestatteter Küche alle Annehmlichkeiten um Ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bieten. Der Zugang ist über den Balkon, ihr Auto hat einen eigenen Stellplatz.

Fully equipped 75 m² apartment in a quiet and first-class residential area with private entrance. The apartment is on two floors. The spacious layout leaves nothing to be desired and is therefore also ideal for longer stays. The carport is free to use. For motorcycle tours, it is a great location at the gateway to the Sauerland. Excursions to the numerous lakes or through the mountainous winding surroundings invite many bikers. The apartment is located in the center of Neheim in a small section of the pedestrian zone with many shopping and parking options in the immediate vicinity. On approx. 24 square meters optimal for 1 person with enough freedom of movement. But even 2 people can still get along quite well. A large semi-covered balcony with seating and magnificent panoramic views expands the space. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV and Washing machine. An elevator is also available.

Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Super auch als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen mit Hund. Auslauffläche in Arnsberg ca 10 min. mit dem Auto.
