Der Ruhrradweg führt durch Neheim-Hüsten, somit auch für Radfahrer als Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet. Es gibt per Auto rundherum innerhalb einer halben Stunde viel zu erkunden, wie z.B. die Sorpe- und Möhnetalsperre, die Altstadt Arnsberg und auch die historische Stadt Soest.

The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible.
