Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

A villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen, and a beautiful garden with an unheated pool. In the south of Tenerife it is warm all year round so the pool can always be used, without the need for it to be heated. The villa has wifi and all the necessary amenities for a great stay. There is air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one, the one that does not have air conditioning has a manual fan.

Important: From July to October 2026, the building will not have a lift (apartment on the 7th floor), so the price is reduced. Enjoy our apartment. Its private balcony invites you to enjoy a quiet breakfast and a sunset dinner with a glass of wine.
