Um zu zeigen, dass eine neue Gestaltung nicht unbedingt teuer sein muss. The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. A place to relax and enjoy.

House overlooking the Rhine

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

The holiday home, which has already been named by his previous owners, is in no way inferior to the meaning of his name. It is a real place of quiet and relaxation. In the picturesque landscape of the Westerwald, you have the ideal opportunity to relax and unwind. Our house has 50m² of space for a maximum of 4 people. It is modernly decorated and offers every comfort you can think of. Of course, the hot tub and sauna are very special.

In the old school, charm meets coziness: a whole house just for you, lovingly renovated, equipped with heart, four bedrooms with seven good beds. The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions to the beautiful Maifeld, the Moselle & the Rhine. Children and pets are welcome. Check-in works via key box. The house is yours alone & has a fenced yard with garden furniture and barbecue.

Cozy half-timbered house in the Hunsrück

Our beautiful, almost 250-year-old house offers you everything you need to relax in the middle of nature or spend time with family and friends. The large garden invites you to linger in good weather and thanks to the wood-burning stove and sauna you can also make yourself comfortable on rainy days. The house is surrounded by the fields and forests of the Hunsrück, the Moselle can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Westerwald time out

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.
