Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

Eberhard Eisfeld, artist and architecture lover, rebuilt his "snail house" in 10 years so individually that you can still feel the love and his humor today. Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.
