Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ascona

Very comfortable stay. Clean apartment, nice outdoor area, great view from the bedroom. Able to walk down to the lake (of course as typical for the area with some step work on the way back up), and some good food spots nearby. Annalisa also helped us with finding the best way to enter a hike to a Refugio. Thank you!

Monica is an amazing host, she’s very communicative and helpful, everyday she made sure we were comfortable and well. The place has an amazing view and it’s located near the city of Stresa when you can buy anything, eat and take a ferry on Lago Maggiore, I’d advise to rent a car because the roads are not built for walking The house is well equipped, we prepared food in the kitchen on daily basis and it didn’t lack anything The evenings where a bit cold and the heating season has not started yet, but Luciano prepared the fireplace every day and made sure we had enough wood :)

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

Thank you Monica and Andrea for their welcome when we arrived rather late. A little pie with our first names was even waiting for us on the table! The apartment was wonderful, extremely well equipped with absolutely all the necessities. Not to mention the breathtaking view of the lake. To rest on the armchairs in front of the glass window was our favorite activity. We also want to clarify that breakfast is included in the price with coffee, milk, juice, jams, toast and much more. A big big thank you everything we will come back by bringing the sun with us this time!

We found everything tip-top in Vanni's house. The dog breakout-proof fenced property delivers what it promises. The only downside is the garage that is not usable for cars longer than 3 m, which we would have liked to have used for our classic car with a length of 5 m. Nevertheless, the house and surroundings are beautiful.

The real Italian family home where host Andrea welcomes you is a great pleasure to stay. The house is beautifully decorated with Andrea's art (mosaic), in addition to the fact that the warm family home is fully cared for. Everywhere around the house are also nice terraces, a garden and a patio. A wonderful stay in a beautiful region of Italy near Lake Maggiore in Brenta. With the help of Andrea, you can also work with a mosaic and canoe on the lake. Highly recommended so this beautiful traditional Italian family house with its very own cheerfully decorated edge!

Antonella's apartment was fantastic. Close to the train station, lake, and city centre, it is perfect for exploring Como. The three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is great and has typical Italian morning breakfast included which was appreciated. There is a large wrap around balcony to view parts of Como from. Very clean throughout, and Antonella was available for any questions. We recommend her apartment!

The airbnb is very nice and cozily furnished, so you feel right at home. The kitchen is completely up and running (especially for an airbnb). Anna even left us a breakfast and delicious homemade pasta sauce so that we didn't have to go to the shop immediately upon arrival. Parking is easy in the street and otherwise there is a free parking space further down the road where there is always space. There is a very nice lunch place around the corner and otherwise Anna has a folder with all kinds of tips for restaurants and fun things to do in the area, such as the botanical gardens or isola bella. You do need a car but we never had to drive more than 20 minutes. Definitely recommended!

We spent here two nights. The apartment was clean, located in a very nice and quiet area, with a very cozy bed, a well organized kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Daniel was very nice host, which answered to all of my questions in a very short time and always with kindness. Recommended 😊

The apartment is in proximity to the old town of Como. The apartment has everything you need. The garage is helpful because parking around the house wouldn’t be that easy. Communication with Anna was helpful and always prompt

The accommodation was very clean and Lidia was a friendly host. She served us something different for breakfast every morning, most of it made from produce from her own garden. We felt like at home and the breakfast was a highlight every morning. She was happy to give us tips on restaurants or hiking routes in the region. As you can see on the pictures the BnB has a beautiful view where you can relax. Thank you very much for your hospitality Lidia!

Pleasant experience in Samantha's house, super abundant breakfast supply and the possibility to use the garden! Val D'Ossola is beautiful in all seasons and the location where Samantha's house is located is strategic both for moving around the surrounding lake areas and for visiting the Valleys with the wonderful villages rich in history and authenticity. Thanks to Samantha and her family for the hospitality and helpfulness shown throughout the stay!

We thank Luca and Anna for their generous hospitality. We enjoyed the days very much and were able to be totally relaxed due to the super quiet location and the beautiful view. A paradise for cats and animal lovers.🐈 We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to vacation in nature away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a super delicious breakfast. 🤗

We absolutely lived our stay at Federica’s place. It has the views, history, amazingly renovated rooms. Federica and her mother made us feel right at home. There is beautiful place to walk by the water at the bottom of Cernobbio. Also an awesome hike to the adjacent town if you like that. Town of Como is also close with lots of restaurants and other attractions. Highly recommend anyone to stay with Federica, especially if you’d like to chat with locals and learn about the place.

Carna is the best host we met. She gave us clear instructions, recommended restaurants and places to visit, and arranged reservations for restaurants for us. She set up and home run food for us. On top of that, the place to stay was top notch in all parts and the breakfast was incredible! We will definitely come back again!

We stayed one night at Daniele's place with my wife and daughter and it was a really pleasant experience. The place was clean, cozy, and decorated with attention to detail-we immediately felt welcome. The breakfast was served by Daniele and his wife and it was really the icing on the cake. Fresh produce, delicious coffee, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made the start of the day just perfect. We highly recommend a stay with Daniele – both for couples and families. We would definitely come again!

We booked with Barbara for the second time as we really like the quiet setting and the nearby woods are great for a nature walk

Beautiful views from the place

Wow. This place was amazing. Felt like a local staying here. The b and b is filled with tons of original artwork and antiques. Perched next to the waterfall where you can listen to it all day and night. Breakfast was thoughtful hand made treats every single morning. Other reviewers mention how there’s no restaurants or cafes near by in the village. Not true. There’s around 4 cafes and 5 restaurants. It’s not a tourist village. It’s wayyyy better. We fell in love with this town and this air b and b was truly amazing in every single way. Do not miss out. Thank you Davide and Ettore!

It's really nice at Maria Luisa's. We felt very comfortable and will definitely go back to her. We were there with our 3 children and it is really a very good place for traveling with children. 🫶
