Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Centrally located, everything important can be reached within a few minutes. Good connection to traffic and public transport with a nearby bus stop, but still very quiet. You can walk to the center of Ascona in 10 minutes. The additional fees include the obligatory Tourist taxes are included. At the moment there is a construction site at the entrance, but it does not cause any noise. Unfortunately, there are no PP on the premises, but paid public blue zones are nearby.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
