Per i piccoli ospiti è previsto un lettino da viaggio pieghevole e un seggiolone.

Centrally located, everything important can be reached within a few minutes. Good connection to traffic and public transport with a nearby bus stop, but still very quiet. You can walk to the center of Ascona in 10 minutes. The additional fees include the obligatory Tourist taxes are included. My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
