Truly enjoy the best of both worlds. 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge parkway and just 20 minutes to downtown. This mountain home has it all! I will be available by phone to help answer any questions. The house is a 20-minute drive to Downtown Asheville and 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are a short drive away. Our home sits on over an acre of wooded property with privacy and mountain views You'll definitely want to have your own vehicle while you are visiting. There is so much to see! We have a long driveway that can accommodate your vehicles just fine. Uber/lyft pick up and drop off at our home so if you plan to partake in any of the local breweries you'll have nothing to worry about! Be bear aware. We are up in the mountains and occasionally wildlife can be seen from our massive deck. You may likely see some wild turkeys as you drive up the road. We rarely, if ever, see bears but we just ask kindly that you don't leave any food or trash outside overnight as not to encourage these furry friends to visit.

Charming cabin with amazing mountain views. House was built in 2021 and tastefully decorated. The bedroom has a beautifully handcrafted king size sleigh bed. Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches, coffee included. Living room has a brand new pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and a hot tub newly installed 2025. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets
