There is a double reclining loveseat and a queen size pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. We provide snacks, sodas, coffee, tea, cereal, juice, pancaKe mix & maple syrup!

Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Local wineries. 32" TV with wifi.
