Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ashwaubenon

Everything was how it was said to be. Very clean, and plenty of room. Nicer than some of the pictures made it out to be. Beautiful setting right on the river, with lots of privacy

The lot and outdoor space are really beautiful and peaceful - stunning view of the water from the living room and kitchen area. Beds and pillows were comfortable and lots of extra soft, cozy blankets. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. Lovely to relax in the hot tub watching the birds along the shore. It is smaller - only two people can comfortably fit, which worked fine for us. We had to use bath towels for the hot tub, but I suspect there might be extra amenities like extra towels and patio furniture out when the weather is warmer. It was still quite cool with sporadic snow when we visited in March. The Adirondacks by the shore were perfect for bundling up to watch sunsets though. Check-in and out went smoothly and the host was responsive and communicated with me through the whole process.

Went to the game, place was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, fun and plenty of places to sleep for our group of 6. Basement was fun and plenty of TVs throughout the house. If your going to the packer game, this is the place to be. One block away, awesome.

Renter for film crew covering the NFL draft. This is a very beautiful and comfortable home in a good location central to the places they needed to be. The Host was very friendly and reached out several times to ensure everything was going well. 10/10 Would recommend

I truly cannot say enough good things about Appleton’s Oldest House! Everything is exactly as described, well-appointed and incredibly well-stocked. Thomas and Laureen have truly thought of everything and are easily available to you should you need anything…though we didn’t because they really have thought of everything (and I’ve never said that about any other Airbnb I’ve stayed in!). The location is perfect if you’re just visiting Appleton or if you’re planning to visit Green Bay for a game (or the draft, like we were)! Will definitely be returning the next time we’re in the area! :)

Lovely place, stayed there for half a year. Location is near pretty much any store you can think of. Garage is tight if you have a large vehicle. Neighborhood is very nice and backyard has a nice creek!

Travis went above and beyond! His places are so modern and immaculate. He was very helpful with any of my questions. Can’t wait to go back to Green Bay and stay again!!

Great stay! Spotless home and very well supplied. Took a minute to figure out the heat but was very comfortable once we did.

Steve is really easy to work with and the apartment is always clean and ready to go . The apartment is in an easy to get to location, with walkable eating options, but still quiet and private.

Ron was super helpful and kind and his instructions were super clear. Had food I. The fridge for us and snacks was a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back for another packer game!

I had a wonderful stay at Hector’s place. A fully stocked kitchen (lots of very nice dinnerware/drinkware and kitchen gadgets) plus a container with coffee, cream, oatmeal etc was available (nice touch). The bathroom was stocked with all the necessities and great linens. The neighborhood is very peaceful and I enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck outside. The neighborhood feels very safe. I had never used the August app to gain entry before, that was very straight forward and easy to use. The unit is so nicely decorated, made for a comfortable stay. The owners were very responsive, a message to them through the app was responded to immediately. The location is perfect, quick car ride to the downtown area and very quick access to the interstate. I would certainly return to this home upon my next visit.
