Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

Alexandra's place is a great location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed taking country road walks, lake side and hill top towns. All very nearby. Alexandra was very helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Impeccable stay, house always warm at the right point both day and night, Sara offered us something for breakfast which was much appreciated, the nights were beautiful in the midst of the beauty of the woods and the silence. The price for an apartment like this is really good, and honestly we can't wait to go back, it was sad to have to leave already, even the dog had fallen in love with the place! We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Lucy and Tommy’s house. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly a haven of peace - we spent so much time there, fully unwinding and recharging. From the moment we arrived, Lucy and Tommy were wonderful hosts, always available and incredibly helpful. They provided great local recommendations, and we were also lucky enough to try their delicious homemade olive oil. The house is located in an extremely peaceful area, surrounded by trees and nature, which made our stay even more relaxing. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and we truly hope to visit again in the future.

Angela's apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building with olive trees park just outside the walls of Assisi. We especially appreciated the location, which allows you to reach the historic center of Assisi on foot, and the possibility of free parking in the park of the villa.

Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. It was our first time in Perugia and the stay went great. Paola was very nice and approachable, welcoming us like daughters. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and equipped with all amenities. First time in Perugia and we could not find better: central area, beautiful walk in the center to get to the main squares. Super cozy house, very well furnished, very clean and with all comforts: hairdryer, towels, bed linen, coffee, tea, cookies, city map, directions to the best restaurants. Nicoletta was an incredible host: always responsive and very proactive, never intrusive and super helpful! Self-checkin and self-checkout but your presence was still a security! If I had to come back, I would choose this place again!

Hugo is a very nice host. We went to a volleyball game in Perugia. This place is in an ideal location. It's close to the hall, it's very easy to get into the center with the minimetro, which is very close to the place. We'd love to come back anytime!

Accommodation inserted in the context of an Art Nouveau-style villa of the early 1900s, with a garden and comfort space next to the apartment. Beautiful view of Assisi and Mount Subasio. Possibility of parking in the back of the house.

This was our second time staying in this apartment. It's a wonderful location at the top of Assisi near parking, good food, and lots of sights. The views out over the northeast hills from the terrace, and using the rustic fireplace are highlights.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.
