We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

Alexandra's place is a great location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed taking country road walks, lake side and hill top towns. All very nearby. Alexandra was very helpful and accommodating.

If you are driving around Umbria to view Perugia or Assisi, this is the perfect stay. It is a fifteen minute drive to both locations. It's very close to the Assisi airport, but the planes are infrequent and not at night so noise is not an issue. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures. You may be thinking "it's too far and we won't be able to walk." There is plenty of parking in Assisi and Perugia. You will be thankful you stayed here instead.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Federica's house has a unique atmosphere, surrounded by greenery and close to Perugia, offering the perfect compromise between tranquility and comfort to reach different towns in Umbria. It's cozy, super clean, and spacious. Federica was really kind, always available to help us with tips on places to see and where to eat, or when we had some requests. We had a really good time and considering how much Umbria has to offer, we will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Everything was just perfect… The apartment offered such varieties. One day we played outside in the beautiful square… While the next we went and saw all of the amazing towns throughout the area. Rina and her family were so kind and accommodating. We would have stayed for many more weeks if possible. Couldn’t recommend more!

Angela's apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building with olive trees park just outside the walls of Assisi. We especially appreciated the location, which allows you to reach the historic center of Assisi on foot, and the possibility of free parking in the park of the villa.

Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. It was our first time in Perugia and the stay went great. Paola was very nice and approachable, welcoming us like daughters. First time in Perugia and we could not find better: central area, beautiful walk in the center to get to the main squares. Super cozy house, very well furnished, very clean and with all comforts: hairdryer, towels, bed linen, coffee, tea, cookies, city map, directions to the best restaurants. Nicoletta was an incredible host: always responsive and very proactive, never intrusive and super helpful! Self-checkin and self-checkout but your presence was still a security! If I had to come back, I would choose this place again!

Hugo is a very nice host. We went to a volleyball game in Perugia. This place is in an ideal location. It's close to the hall, it's very easy to get into the center with the minimetro, which is very close to the place. We'd love to come back anytime!

Accommodation inserted in the context of an Art Nouveau-style villa of the early 1900s, with a garden and comfort space next to the apartment. Beautiful view of Assisi and Mount Subasio. Possibility of parking in the back of the house.

This was our second time staying in this apartment. It's a wonderful location at the top of Assisi near parking, good food, and lots of sights. The views out over the northeast hills from the terrace, and using the rustic fireplace are highlights.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

Spacious house with a large bedroom and bathroom. House was very neat and well maintained. You can even buy homemade wine and olive oil at Agostino. Friendly people!
