Downstairs is furnished with two rockers, sofa, queen-size Murphy bed, TV, dining table. There is a full bed & twin bed in the loft. Ideal for 4 guests, but accommodates 5. The kitchenette has basics (microwave, Keurig, small fridge) but is not equipped for cooking meals. Off-street parking & room for a boat trailer with prior permission. No Pets/Smoking

We look forward to seeing you at the brand new Promise Land Studio. We are located in a friendly neighborhood, two blocks away from the beach with water access. We are walking distance to Morehead City downtown waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, dive shops, art galleries, charter boats, fishing and kayaking. You can walk to Shevans park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).
