The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.

In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. This apartment offers the ideal starting point for many activities in the Sauerland in a central location. On approx. 50 square meters and a spacious balcony, you will find a beautiful and fully furnished apartment with all the aspects you need for a relaxing break. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine, so nothing should be missing here.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Renovated apartment in a house listed as a cultural heritage site. The Finkenhof is idyllically located in a small village (Schwartmecke, Kirchhundem) near the Rothaarsteig. The apartment has a separate entrance with terrace and large garden. There are several seats available in the garden. There is also a direct connection to hiking trails.
