Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Cozy half-timbered house at the edge of the forest

Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. Very nice old building apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for a hiking vacation or relaxation. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Nestled in nature and equipped with a breathtaking lake view, this penthouse allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.

The modern 55 sqm apartment is located in the Delecke district overlooking Lake Möhne from all rooms. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and has a spacious living area with a cooking island and an integrated dining and work area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction range, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator and oven. Bikes can be parked in the equipment shed.
