Old stone barn, renovated into a charming loft type cottage, air-conditioned, very comfortable and functional, for 2 people, with a breathtaking view of the Cathar castle of Peyrepertuse, in a small preserved village of Corbières, in Rouffiac des Corbières. Comfort bedding in 160. Mix of stones, wood and contemporary style. Terrace. 4G connection, no WiFi. Swimming area at the foot of the village ( 5 min walk) in a pretty natural setting, facing the Cathar castle of Peyrepertuse.

At the intersection of Cathar trails 20 min from AX les Thermes and for the Pas de la casa, it takes 50 minutes by car. The house has a 17m² terrace. NO hiking GARDEN, mountain bikers ,skiers and nature lovers will be able to enjoy . The family ski resort of Camurac is 3 km away.
