Accommodation located on the 1st floor of 1 in a quiet residence with dedicated parking space and large terrace. 100 m from the nearest shops, 2 minutes' walk to the beach. Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, large TV with Chromecast. It has a bedroom with a new and very comfortable double bed as well as a dressing room, a sofa bed in the living room. Ideally located and completely refurbished.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.

Treat yourself to a stay in a self-contained studio within my home, located in the centre of the historic and stunning medieval village of Lagrasse. Ideal for a few days, this contemporary styled ground floor studio apartment is 25m², has a fully equipped kitchen area and en suite shower room. No early check-in or late check out possible, and please note that it is not suitable for babies and children.

Stay on board a moored boat

Spend an unusual stay on a fully equipped sailboat. The boat is docked at the port of Gruissan away from any noise, close to all amenities: restaurants, bars, shops and summer entertainment. Beaches are within walking distance. Close to the old village, the Barbarossa Tower. You can also visit the Pierre Richard winery, the Gruissan salt marshes, the Narbonne buffets and the Sigean Nature Reserve.
