small villa in quiet and pleasant residence with swimming pool, individual parking, concierge, beach 500m away, shops nearby: restaurants, bakery, clothing shops, en primeur.... Ideal for 4/5 people, American kitchen, 1 closed bedroom on the ground floor as well as the separate bathroom and toilet and 1 bedroom upstairs. Large terrace and rest area not overlooked (garden table, sunbeds and barbecue). rental WE, week, month. attention we are in the Oriental Pyrenees and not in Camargue.

Renovated, comfortable and air-conditioned apartment (reversible air conditioning) ideally located between port and beach within the Marysable residence. private parking space. The accommodation is suitable for 4 to 6 people. Need to Know: apartment located on the 1st and top floor. no swimming pool in the residence but to have the feet in the water the beach is 150m or less than 2min walk bike rental, bakery are 50 m from the accommodation bed and towels are not provided.

Come and enjoy this magnificent VIEW, on one side the port and the mountains on the other. You will contemplate it on a beautiful terrace, on the 5th floor of a residence, no road crossing, direct to the beach, children's play areas and all the amenities you need. A free and private parking space has been assigned to you. The accommodation has been redone, in simplicity and functionality with kitchen, living room, toilet, shower room and bedroom, for a very good stay.

Waterfront villa, with direct access to the beach . Ideally located in Barcares facing the Lydia, the sandy liner, residence on the sand, with large swimming pool and supervised paddling pool. Completely refurbished, with all comforts for a dream vacation: wifi, connected 4k tv, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher...) bathroom with bathtub, washing machine. 3 bedrooms with storage, balcony. beautiful terrace not overlooked with gas barbecue.

The apartment is Corner , with 1 balcony 17 m long . Facing the Beach and the Port . A Beach very wide and long and has the water shekel (blue flag) . All around the apartment it full of small restaurants , breweries and coffee . At 10 / 15 minutes , you have a very large Market of the Region , with very varied shops. In the evening at 15 mins. you have a very varied carnival, Podiums , Games . Or other activities . APT. 1st corner floor. THANK YOU.
