Cottage 10 km from Carcassonne in the Black Mountain

The cottage adjoining our house is located in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, at the exit of a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, you'll have a secure parking spot. This 35m2 gite consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The apartment has its own entrance overlooking a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte retains a great freshness in summer due to vegetation.

This peaceful accommodation in the middle of nature offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in Rodés, slightly away from the village. 20 minutes from Perpignan and 10 minutes from Prades, the location is perfect for discovering the many classified sites (Castelnou, Eus, Villefranche...). You will also enjoy Lake Vinça (within a 5-minute walk) for lovers of walks or bike rides. The lake has an inflatable play structure for the children.

On the Black Mountain, at an altitude of 700 m, Belmas is surrounded by 16 hectares of woods and meadows. It is the ideal place to meet with family or friends! The 2 gites at your disposal have been renovated in a 17th century abbey farmhouse, and can accommodate up to 22 people comfortably. Dive into the pool, or visit the area; Carcassonne and Albi, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, or Toulouse are about an hour's drive away.

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.

My place is close to the stunning view of the pond of Salses, the beach is about 500 m away. For sailing lovers, only a few dozen meters to walk. . My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged companions. The pool , hot tub are unavailable, a prefectural decree does not allow its use.
