Independent room located on the first floor with private entrance through the garage (possibility to use the garage). In the off-season (November to April), access to the garage is free. In season, the street is semi pedestrianized, a terminal determines access (contact me so that I can come and open it for you) Located in the Barbacane district at the foot of the Medieval City. The room is spacious, bright, air-conditioned, with a small unoverlooked terrace. Shower room with spacious shower cubicle.

Emplacement privilégié, avec vue imprenable sur l’étang du Barcarès, à proximité des plages. Une cuisine équipée, salle de bains rénovée, tout le logement et ses meubles sont neufs. Very bright, welcoming and air-conditioned house

Very bright and welcoming house of 150m² of ground floor, air-conditioned with three bedrooms , one shower room, one bathroom and 2 toilets on 2000m² of land. 15min to the beach and 20 min to Spain. We have a small vegetable garden and 1 chicken that will delight our hosts and a shaded terrace to enjoy breakfasts and lunches for families or friends.

a beautifully converted top-floor suite in an old presbytery. The suite has two large rooms (best quality bedding), with a sitting area, and a large and well-appointed shower room and toilet.
